Registration, check-in, and unloading begin 1 hour before the schedud start time, and loading ends 1 hour after the scheduled end time.

Vessel Drum and Bugle Corps will follow or exceed all local, state, and federal health and safety guidelines in regards to the COVID-19 Pandemic. As of now, we STRONGLY ENCOURAGE all of our prospective and future members to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19, including boosters, provided they are physically and medically capable of vaccination. We STRONGLY ENCOURAGE all members to either invest in high-grade premium high filtration masks (such as the N95, KN94, or FFP2), or at the very least to double mask with a tight fitting cloth mask over a surgical mask. Member Fees cover instruction, staff and design fees, rehearsal rental fees, member uniform fees, and more. The 2023 Member Fees are $2,500. This Member Fee is made in payments over a series of months.

Late Fees:      
All payments must be made on or before dates listed above. All fees MUST be paid in full by the final payment date. Any member who falls behind in payment will be prohibited from participating in Vessel Drum and Bugle Corps activities.

* A $25 late fee will be applied by 12:01 AM the first business day after the payment is due. The late fee must be paid with the due payment. An additional $25 will be added every fifteen days until the payment is made. This applies to each late payment. *

** All checks should be made out to “Vessel” and may be brought to rehearsal or mailed to 4769 Virginia Ave, Long Beach, CA 90805. There will be a minimum fee of $35 for ALL returned checks. **

*** If paying via Square or PayPal, there will be an additional $3 Processing Fee for every $50 being paid. For Example, to pay a month’s Membership Fee of $375, there will be an additional $24 owed.
